CHAMOMILE AND MINT TEA
Ingredients
- 2 chamomile tea bags
- 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves
- plus extra for serving
- 1tbsp hyssop leaves
- plus extra for serving
- 1 litre/1¾ pints freshly boiled water
Directions
- Place the tea bags
- mint and hyssop leaves into a tea pot and add the hot water. Steep for at least 5 minutes.
- Serve the tea with the extra mint and hyssop leaves.
