CHAMOMILE AND MINT TEA

Ingredients
  • 2 chamomile tea bags
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves
  • plus extra for serving
  • 1tbsp hyssop leaves
  • plus extra for serving
  • 1 litre/1¾ pints freshly boiled water
Directions
  • Place the tea bags
  • mint and hyssop leaves into a tea pot and add the hot water. Steep for at least 5 minutes.
  • Serve the tea with the extra mint and hyssop leaves.
