CHICKEN TERIYAKI WITH BROCCOLI SALAD
Ingredients
- ½ chicken breast
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp orange juice
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 head of broccoli
- cut into florets
Directions
- Cut the chicken into chunks.
- Mix together the soy sauce
- orange and honey. Use half to marinate the chicken and reserve the other half for the dressing.
- Heat a griddle pan and griddle the chicken for 4-5 minutes
- or until cooked through.
- Bring a saucepan of salted water to the boil. Add the broccoli and cook for thee to four minutes or until tender
- then drain.
- Serve the broccoli dressed in the remaining sauce
- topped with the chicken.
