CHICKEN TERIYAKI WITH BROCCOLI SALAD
CHICKEN TERIYAKI WITH BROCCOLI SALAD

Ingredients
  • ½ chicken breast
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp orange juice
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • cut into florets
Directions
  • Cut the chicken into chunks.
  • Mix together the soy sauce
  • orange and honey. Use half to marinate the chicken and reserve the other half for the dressing.
  • Heat a griddle pan and griddle the chicken for 4-5 minutes
  • or until cooked through.
  • Bring a saucepan of salted water to the boil. Add the broccoli and cook for thee to four minutes or until tender
  • then drain.
  • Serve the broccoli dressed in the remaining sauce
  • topped with the chicken.
