CREAM CHEESE DIP WITH TOAST
Ingredients
- 50g/1¾oz cream cheese
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- 2tbsp olive oil
- 30ml/1fl oz tomato passata
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- 2 spring onions
- sliced
- 2 slices bread
- toasted
Directions
- In a bowl
- mix the cream cheese with the Dijon mustard
- olive oil
- white wine vinegar and tomato passata to form a thick paste.
- Serve in a dish with the toast
- sprinkled with the spring onions.
