CREAMY MUSHROOMS ON TOAST
CREAMY MUSHROOMS ON TOAST

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 15g/½oz butter
  • 1 garlic clove
  • sliced
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • chopped
  • 50ml/2fl oz double cream
  • 1 Portobello mushroom
  • sliced
  • slice of ciabatta bread
  • toasted
Directions
  • Place the oil and butter in a saucepan over a low heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the mushroom slices and cook for a further 3-4 minutes
  • stirring occasionally.
  • Add the cream and parsley to the pan and bring to a simmer.
  • To serve
  • place the toasted ciabatta bread on a plate and top with the creamy mushrooms.
