CREAMY MUSHROOMS ON TOAST
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 15g/½oz butter
- 1 garlic clove
- sliced
- 1 tbsp parsley
- chopped
- 50ml/2fl oz double cream
- 1 Portobello mushroom
- sliced
- slice of ciabatta bread
- toasted
Directions
- Place the oil and butter in a saucepan over a low heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the mushroom slices and cook for a further 3-4 minutes
- stirring occasionally.
- Add the cream and parsley to the pan and bring to a simmer.
- To serve
- place the toasted ciabatta bread on a plate and top with the creamy mushrooms.
