FAT CHIPS WITH CHEESE FONDUE
FAT CHIPS WITH CHEESE FONDUE

Ingredients
  • 1 potato
  • sliced into thick chips
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 200ml/7fl oz double cream
  • 250g/9oz red cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp mustard powder
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
Directions
  • Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
  • Place the potato chips onto a baking tray. Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle with the paprika. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Place into the preheated oven and cook for 15 minutes.
  • For the fondue
  • Heat the double cream in a saucepan. Add the cheese
  • mustard and cumin and cook until the cheese melts.
  • Serve the fondue with the fat chips.
