GRILLED BROCCOLI WITH WATER CHESTNUT DRESSING
Ingredients
- 110g/4oz purple sprouting broccoli
- trimmed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 4 water chestnuts
- diced
Directions
- Bring a large pan of water to the boil. Add the broccoli and par-boil for two to three minutes and drain.
- Heat a grill pan and chargrill the broccoli until nicely coloured.
- To make the dressing
- mix together the honey
- soy sauce and water chestnuts.
- Serve the broccoli warm
- drizzled with the dressing.
