GRILLED BROCCOLI WITH CHILLI SOY DRESSING
Ingredients
- 85g/3oz Tenderstem broccoli
- blanched and drained
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 red chilli
- chopped
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh chervil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Directions
- Heat a griddle pan until smoking
- then drizzle the broccoli with the vegetable oil and add to the pan. Chargrill for 2-3 minutes
- turning occasionally
- or until the broccoli is golden-brown all over.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl for the dressing.
- Place the chargrilled broccoli on a serving plate and drizzle over the dressing. Serve immediately.
