HONEY AND WHISKY PORRIDGE
Ingredients
- 150g/5½oz porridge oats
- 3 tbsp double cream
- plus extra to serve
- 250ml/9fl oz milk
- 1 tbsp soft brown sugar
- dash whisky
- 1 tbsp clear honey
- to serve
Directions
- Place the oats
- cream
- milk
- sugar and whisky into a small saucepan and cook over a gentle heat for 6-7 minutes
- until thickened and smooth.
- To serve
- pour the porridge into a bowl and drizzle with honey and cream.
