Ingredients
  • 150g/5½oz porridge oats
  • 3 tbsp double cream
  • plus extra to serve
  • 250ml/9fl oz milk
  • 1 tbsp soft brown sugar
  • dash whisky
  • 1 tbsp clear honey
  • to serve
Directions
  • Place the oats
  • cream
  • milk
  • sugar and whisky into a small saucepan and cook over a gentle heat for 6-7 minutes
  • until thickened and smooth.
  • To serve
  • pour the porridge into a bowl and drizzle with honey and cream.
