MACADAMIA NUT BRITTLE

Ingredients
  • 150g/5½oz caster sugar
  • 150g/5½oz macadamia nuts
  • toasted
Directions
  • Heat the sugar in a saucepan for 4-5 minutes
  • until melted and turning golden-brown.
  • Add the macadamia nuts
  • stir well and take the pan off the heat.
  • Pour the mixture onto a non-stick baking sheet and leave to cool completely.
  • To serve
  • break the brittle up into pieces.
