MACADAMIA NUT BRITTLE
Ingredients
- 150g/5½oz caster sugar
- 150g/5½oz macadamia nuts
- toasted
Directions
- Heat the sugar in a saucepan for 4-5 minutes
- until melted and turning golden-brown.
- Add the macadamia nuts
- stir well and take the pan off the heat.
- Pour the mixture onto a non-stick baking sheet and leave to cool completely.
- To serve
- break the brittle up into pieces.
