SESAME-CRUSTED SALMON WITH ORANGE AND SOY SAUCE
Ingredients
- 125g/4½oz salmon fillet
- skin removed
- sliced in half
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
- leaves only
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 orange
- juice only
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 orange
- peeled and segmented
- to serve
Directions
- Coat the salmon slices in the sesame seeds.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the salmon and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side
- or until cooked through and golden-brown on both sides.
- Add the coriander
- dill
- orange juice and soy sauce and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes
- until the sauce is bubbling.
- To serve
- place the sesame-crusted salmon pieces onto a serving plate
- spoon the orange and soy sauce over the fish
- and garnish with the orange segments.
