SPRING ONION CHILLI PRAWNS
Ingredients
- 20g/¾oz butter
- 2 spring onions
- sliced
- 1 clove garlic
- crushed
- ½ red chilli
- seeds removed and finely chopped
- 4 king prawns
- cooked and peeled
- tails left on
- small handful coriander leaves ½ lime
- juice only
Directions
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over a medium heat and add the spring onion
- garlic and chilli and cook for one minute.
- Add prawns and heat through.
- Transfer the prawns
- spring onion
- garlic and chilli onto a serving dish
- scatter over the coriander leaves and drizzle with the lime juice.
