BROCCOLI WITH CHILLI AND GARLIC OIL
Ingredients
- 1 small head broccoli
- cut into florets
- ½ red chilli
- chopped
- 1 garlic clove
- chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Place the broccoli florets into a pan of boiling salted water and boil for four minutes. Drain well.
- Heat the olive oil in a wok
- add the chilli and garlic and stir fry for one minute. Add the broccoli and stir.
- Season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper
- then spoon into a serving dish. Serve immediately.
