STIR-FRIED BROCCOLI WITH CHILLI AND GARLIC
STIR-FRIED BROCCOLI WITH CHILLI AND GARLIC

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • chopped
  • ½ head broccoli
  • cut into florets
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • soy sauce
  • to serve (optional)
Directions
  • Heat the olive oil in a wok over a high heat. Add the garlic
  • broccoli and chilli flakes and stir fry for 5-6 minutes.
  • Add the soy sauce
  • and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • To serve
  • place the stir-fried broccoli onto a serving plate with a dipping dish of soy sauce on the side if desired.
