SWEET AND SPICY SAUSAGES
Ingredients
- 12 large good quality pork or venison sausages
- 3 tbsp grain mustard
- 3 tbsp clear honey
- 1 lemon
- zest and juice
- 2 tsp paprika
Directions
- Heat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
- Mix together the honey
- mustard
- paprika
- lemon juice and zest. Prick the sausages and toss in the mustard mixture. Put in a roasting tin and bake in the oven until brown all over and cooked right through. Turn the sausages from time to time whilst they are cooking.
- Serve with baked potatoes.
