SWEET AND SPICY SAUSAGES

Ingredients
  • 12 large good quality pork or venison sausages
  • 3 tbsp grain mustard
  • 3 tbsp clear honey
  • 1 lemon
  • zest and juice
  • 2 tsp paprika
Directions
  • Heat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
  • Mix together the honey
  • mustard
  • paprika
  • lemon juice and zest. Prick the sausages and toss in the mustard mixture. Put in a roasting tin and bake in the oven until brown all over and cooked right through. Turn the sausages from time to time whilst they are cooking.
  • Serve with baked potatoes.
