WARM PAK CHOI SALAD WITH GINGER AND CHILLI DRESSING
Ingredients
- 1 pak choi
- quartered
- 25g/1oz piece root ginger
- peeled
- finely chopped
- 1 red chilli
- finely chopped
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 orange
- peeled
- segmented
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped chives
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Place the pak choi into a steamer and steam for five minutes
- or until wilted.
- Whisk the rest of the ingredients together in a small bowl to make a dressing.
- To serve
- pile the pak choi onto a serving plate and drizzle over the dressing.
