  • Cubed soft tofu
  • 1 green onion

  • Boil dashi. Add soybean paste and turn down heat. Cook for a matter of moments. Cool and strain through a sieve. Reheat.
  • Soften seaweed in lukewarm water, tofu and thinly sliced scallions. Serve.
