  • Cook noodles in boiling water for seven minutes. Drain, rinse under cold water. Divide into four bowls.
  • Toast seaweed over low heat and garnish noodles. Serve with thinly sliced green onions and wasabi, which can be mixed in sauce. Dip noodles in sauce.
