- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
- 4oz angel; hair pasta, cooked

- Combine first 3 ingredients and set aside. Cook pasta according to directions and toss with the tomatoes, cilantro and feta cheese. Serve warm or cold.
