CIZEK and REID’S FIRST PRICE ONE SHOT CHILI
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 8 tablespoons chili powder, fresh
- 2 bouillon chicken cubes
- 8oz tomato sauce
- 8oz chicken broth
- 1 2/3 oz green chili peppers, whole
- 2 onions, brown finely chopped
- 4 cups water
- 4 pounds London broil, chopped into cubes

- Brown meat, drain and set aside. Combine the rest of the ingredients om a suitable pot, add browned meat and simmer uncovered over low heat at least three hours.
