ABSOLUTELY APRICOT BREAD

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoon apricot jam
- ½ cup dried apricots (chopped)
- ¾ cup water
- For ½ pound loaf -
- 3 teaspoon yeast
- 2 tablespoon dry milk
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 ½ teaspoon salt

- 1 ¼ cup water

- For all recipes, load ingredients into bread machine pan according to manufacturer’s directions. Bake on white bread setting unless otherwise indicated. “Yeast” refers to active dry yeast. Use light crust setting. Delayed timer mode okay.
