AVOCADO BUTTERMILK SHERBET

- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup light corn syrup
- ¼ cup lemon juice

- Puree avocados in blender or food processor. Combine buttermilk, sugar, honey, corn syrup and lemon juice. Beat well and blend with avocados.
- Refrigerate until mixture is thoroughly chilled, then freeze according to ice cream maker manufacturers directions.
