  • ¼ cup light corn syrup
  • ¼ cup lemon juice

  • Puree avocados in blender or food processor. Combine buttermilk, sugar, honey, corn syrup and lemon juice. Beat well and blend with avocados.
  • Refrigerate until mixture is thoroughly chilled, then freeze according to ice cream maker manufacturers directions.
