DEVILED MEAT PATTIES
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Vegetable cooking spray

- Combine ground chuck, chili sauce, onion, mustard, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and pepper, stir well.
- Shape into 4 patties. Place patties on broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
- Broil 5 inches from heat 4 minutes on each side.
