CHICKEN SKEWERS
Ingredients
- 4 chicken mini-fillets
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 orange
- zest only
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- You'll need 4 wooden skewers
- soaked in water for ten minutes before using
Directions
- Place the chicken in a small bowl and add the soy sauce
- orange zest and olive oil. Leave aside for five minutes to marinate.
- Thread each chicken mini-fillet onto a skewer. Heat a griddle pan and fry the chicken skewers for three minutes on each side
- or until cooked through. Serve immediately.
