HONEY, FETA AND THYME PANCAKES
Ingredients
- 2-3 tbsp clear honey
- 100g/3½oz feta
- 2-3 sprigs thyme
- leaves picked
- 4 pancakes
- to serve
Directions
- Put the pancakes on serving plates and crumble over the feta.
- Drizzle with honey and scatter the thyme leaves over the top.
- Serve hot or cold.
