HONEY, FETA AND THYME PANCAKES

Ingredients
  • 2-3 tbsp clear honey
  • 100g/3½oz feta
  • 2-3 sprigs thyme
  • leaves picked
  • 4 pancakes
  • to serve
Directions
  • Put the pancakes on serving plates and crumble over the feta.
  • Drizzle with honey and scatter the thyme leaves over the top.
  • Serve hot or cold.
