MELON WITH PARMA HAM
Ingredients
- ½ cantaloupe melon
- seeds and skin removed
- quartered
- 8 fresh basil leaves
- plus an extra sprig
- to garnish
- 4 slices parma ham
Directions
- Place two basil leaves on top of each piece of melon.
- Wrap a slice of parma ham around each piece of melon.
- To serve
- place the parma ham-wrapped melon onto a serving plate and garnish with a sprig of basil.
