Ingredients
  • ½ cantaloupe melon
  • seeds and skin removed
  • quartered
  • 8 fresh basil leaves
  • plus an extra sprig
  • to garnish
  • 4 slices parma ham
Directions
  • Place two basil leaves on top of each piece of melon.
  • Wrap a slice of parma ham around each piece of melon.
  • To serve
  • place the parma ham-wrapped melon onto a serving plate and garnish with a sprig of basil.
