STIR FRY CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE NOODLES
STIR FRY CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE NOODLES

Ingredients
  • 100g/3½oz chicken
  • sliced
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 lime
  • juice only
  • 3 tbsp coriander
  • chopped
  • 100ml/3½fl oz vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 150g/5¼oz plain flour
  • 2 free-range eggs
  • 25ml/1 fl oz water
Directions
  • For the chicken stir fry
  • place the chicken in a hot wok with the sesame oil. Fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the lime juice
  • coriander
  • vegetable stock and soy sauce.
  • For the noodles
  • mix the plain flour with the eggs and water to form a smooth dough.
  • On the pasta machine place the noodle dough onto the fine noodle setting. Create your noodles by feeding the pasta through the machine slowly.
  • Now place the noodles into the wok and continue to cook for five minutes.
  • Serve in a large bowl.
