STIR FRY CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE NOODLES
Ingredients
- 100g/3½oz chicken
- sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 lime
- juice only
- 3 tbsp coriander
- chopped
- 100ml/3½fl oz vegetable stock
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 150g/5¼oz plain flour
- 2 free-range eggs
- 25ml/1 fl oz water
Directions
- For the chicken stir fry
- place the chicken in a hot wok with the sesame oil. Fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the lime juice
- coriander
- vegetable stock and soy sauce.
- For the noodles
- mix the plain flour with the eggs and water to form a smooth dough.
- On the pasta machine place the noodle dough onto the fine noodle setting. Create your noodles by feeding the pasta through the machine slowly.
- Now place the noodles into the wok and continue to cook for five minutes.
- Serve in a large bowl.
