TUNA AND BEAN SALAD
Ingredients
- 80g/3oz green beans
- halved
- 160g tin tuna in water
- drained
- 50g/1¾oz red pepper
- cut into dice
- 1 tbsp fat-free dressing
Directions
- Cook the beans in a saucepan of boiling water for 5 minutes
- or until tender. Drain and place in a bowl of cold water. When they are cool
- drain off the cold water and mix the beans with the tuna
- pepper and dressing in a bowl. Serve.
