TUNA AND BEAN SALAD
TUNA AND BEAN SALAD

Ingredients
  • 80g/3oz green beans
  • halved
  • 160g tin tuna in water
  • drained
  • 50g/1¾oz red pepper
  • cut into dice
  • 1 tbsp fat-free dressing
Directions
  • Cook the beans in a saucepan of boiling water for 5 minutes
  • or until tender. Drain and place in a bowl of cold water. When they are cool
  • drain off the cold water and mix the beans with the tuna
  • pepper and dressing in a bowl. Serve.
