TUNA PASTA SALAD
Ingredients
- 150g/5oz whole wheat pasta
- cooked according to packet instructions
- 150g/5oz frozen or tinned sweetcorn
- 150g/5½oz tinned tuna in spring water
- drained
- 2 tbsp plain yoghurt
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- freshly ground black pepper
- squeeze lemon (optional)
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together until thoroughly combined. Transfer to a sealed plastic tub and keep in the fridge.
