TUNA PASTA SALAD

Ingredients
  • 150g/5oz whole wheat pasta
  • cooked according to packet instructions
  • 150g/5oz frozen or tinned sweetcorn
  • 150g/5½oz tinned tuna in spring water
  • drained
  • 2 tbsp plain yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • squeeze lemon (optional)
Directions
  • Mix all the ingredients together until thoroughly combined. Transfer to a sealed plastic tub and keep in the fridge.
