WHITE PEACH MOJITO
Ingredients
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- plus 1 sprig mint
- to garnish
- 25ml/1fl oz fresh white peach purée
- 20ml/¾fl oz fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp sugar syrup
- 35ml/1¼fl oz dark rum
- 2 tsp peach liqueur
- dash ginger ale
- 1 slice white peach
- to garnish
Directions
- Place the mint leaves
- peach purée
- lime juice
- sugar syrup
- rum and peach liqueur into a sling glass. Stir with a long-handled spoon.
- Three-quarters fill the glass with crushed ice
- then top up with ginger ale.
- To serve
- hook the slice of white peach and the mint sprig over the side of the glass.
