MINI PITTA PIZZAS
Ingredients
- 150g/5½oz tinned tomatoes
- drained and chopped
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 3 mini-pitta breads
- 55g/2oz Jarlsberg cheese
- grated
- 2 Polish Kabanos sausages
- sliced
- olive oil
- for drizzling
- small handful fresh basil
- chopped
- to serve
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
- Season the tomatoes with salt and freshly ground black pepper and spread over the pitta breads. Sprinkle over the cheese and sliced sausage.
- Drizzle each mini pizza with a little olive oil and place onto a non-stick baking sheet. Transfer to the oven and bake for 6-8 minutes
- or until the cheese is melted and golden-brown.
- To serve
- place the mini pizzas onto plates and sprinkle over the basil.
