MINI PITTA PIZZAS
MINI PITTA PIZZAS

Ingredients
  • 150g/5½oz tinned tomatoes
  • drained and chopped
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 mini-pitta breads
  • 55g/2oz Jarlsberg cheese
  • grated
  • 2 Polish Kabanos sausages
  • sliced
  • olive oil
  • for drizzling
  • small handful fresh basil
  • chopped
  • to serve
Directions
  • Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
  • Season the tomatoes with salt and freshly ground black pepper and spread over the pitta breads. Sprinkle over the cheese and sliced sausage.
  • Drizzle each mini pizza with a little olive oil and place onto a non-stick baking sheet. Transfer to the oven and bake for 6-8 minutes
  • or until the cheese is melted and golden-brown.
  • To serve
  • place the mini pizzas onto plates and sprinkle over the basil.
