PRAWN ON TOAST
Ingredients
- 4 cooked prawns
- shells off
- 1 spring onion
- chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- pinch of chilli flakes
- ½ clove garlic
- finely chopped
- slice of white bread
- toasted
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 lime wedges
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
- In a small blender whiz together the prawns with the spring onion
- sesame oil
- chilli and garlic. Blend until smooth.
- Spread over the toasted bread and sprinkle over the sesame seeds. Place in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Cut the prawn toast into triangles and serve with lime wedges.
