PRAWN ON TOAST

Ingredients
  • 4 cooked prawns
  • shells off
  • 1 spring onion
  • chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • pinch of chilli flakes
  • ½ clove garlic
  • finely chopped
  • slice of white bread
  • toasted
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 lime wedges
Directions
  • Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
  • In a small blender whiz together the prawns with the spring onion
  • sesame oil
  • chilli and garlic. Blend until smooth.
  • Spread over the toasted bread and sprinkle over the sesame seeds. Place in the oven for 5 minutes.
  • Cut the prawn toast into triangles and serve with lime wedges.
