SALMON UDON NOODLES
Ingredients
- 250ml/10fl oz chicken stock
- 2 spring onions
- cut in half
- 110g/4oz ready-made udon noodles
- 110g/4oz salmon fillet
- skin removed
- chopped
- drizzle sesame oil
- to serve
- drizzle soy sauce
- to serve
Directions
- Heat the stock in a saucepan until simmering
- then add the spring onions and continue to simmer for five minutes.
- Add the noodles and simmer for a further five minutes.
- Add the salmon pieces and simmer for a further five minutes
- or until the salmon is cooked through.
- To serve
- pour the broth into a bowl and drizzle with the soy sauce and sesame oil.
