Ingredients
  • 150g/5oz Greek yoghurt
  • squeeze of lime juice
  • 110g/4oz smoked salmon
  • chopped
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • rye bread
  • lemon wedge
  • fresh dill
Directions
  • Place the yoghurt
  • lime juice
  • salmon and freshly ground black pepper in a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  • Serve the rye bread alongside with the lemon wedges. Garnish with dill to serve.
