SPEEDY SMOKED SALMON PâTé
Ingredients
- 150g/5oz Greek yoghurt
- squeeze of lime juice
- 110g/4oz smoked salmon
- chopped
- freshly ground black pepper
- rye bread
- lemon wedge
- fresh dill
Directions
- Place the yoghurt
- lime juice
- salmon and freshly ground black pepper in a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Serve the rye bread alongside with the lemon wedges. Garnish with dill to serve.
